160 miles
Lorena wanted to spend the weekend with Keltik, so we drove down on Saturday and will just spend the night. We are ‘camping’ in the driveway. I like it here, but this time of year the tourists are thick as mosquitoes. It's much better in the off season.
When I stopped at the gas station here my math says we got 11+mpg. I'm certain that's wrong. The rear gas tank is difficult to fill, so maybe I didn't get it completely filled.
I tracked down the leak I discovered last trip. Something in the passenger side rear corner. Probably up on the roof. I ended up pulling the corner j rails on either side and putting down new butyl tape. I also went over every seam on the roof and laid down a couple tubes of lap sealant. While I was at it I replaced the plastic center trim in the back j rails and the ones on the cabover. I should by stock in the company that makes it. I must have 10 tubes on the camper by this point. Probably overkill, but the seams aren't leaking now.
