We get to Carlsbad Caverns as 1:30. We miss the walk in (we later found was best) Went down an elevator 700’. The size of this place is beyond belief. The room is 1000’ long, 200 ft. High shapes and holes. to try anyones imagination. It takes an hour then out the elevator.We wait to see the bats come out the cave. We sit at 6:00 at seven + they come out all 100,000, of them likebees in a swarm.
